Bauhaus is a corporate member of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Association of Housing Corporation of Nigeria (AHCN), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) USA, Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce (NACC), International Facilities Management Association–IFMA, (USA) and Project Management Institute–PMI, (USA) among others. Our subsidiary, Bauhaus International Incorporated, is located in New Jersey, USA. It is also in the business of Housing and other Real Estate Development programme.

In carrying out the actual construction of its developmental projects, Bauhaus uses its building and civil engineering construction subsidiary, Bee Turnkey Ltd. Bee Turnkey is registered in Category ‘D’ Building and Category ‘D’ Civil/Highways with the Federal Ministry of Works Registration Board and other Federal and State Government Ministries and parastatals. It has carried out a lot of construction works for the Federal Ministry of Works, Imo State Government, Standard Trust Bank as well as other private organizations. In projects of great magnitude such as in the development of an estate, Bauhaus sources reputable and tested contractors and subcontractors to Bee Turnkey Ltd.
